What Actually Happens Here?
Vantage Society meets monthly, virtually, in a closed room of 10 to 20 women running $5M-$50M operations. There is no curriculum and no homework. Each session, you bring the live boardroom friction, the unstable setup, the contract maneuver, the moment you're not sure how to navigate, and the room works it through with you in real time. Once a year, your membership includes a private, one-on-one strategic session with Ghennipher Weeks to map your longer trajectory, whether that's commanding the top seat where you are or building something entirely your own.
Who This Is For?
This room is for women who are already succeeding by every external measure and are done pretending that success hasn't cost them something. You recognize the Corporate Performance Code in your own career, not as theory, but as something you've lived. You are not looking for a support group, a networking circle, or someone to teach you how to survive better. You're looking for a small number of peers, at your level, who won't require translation.
This is not for women earlier in their careers still building toward their first executive seat, or for anyone hoping a company will reimburse the cost. This is a personal investment, and it stays that way on purpose.
The Investment
Vantage Society is $5,000 per year, paid personally, not through your company. This keeps the room fully insulated from corporate oversight and gives you a space with zero institutional politics attached to it.
